The four tours

Only the Rookie Tour is open when you start. Every tour is a season of six events, and every event is played on its own course, made for that tour.

How an event works

An event is one round on a course against eleven computer golfers. You are the twelfth. Your finishing place earns points: 100 for first, then 70, 55, 45, 38, 32, 27, 22, 18, 14, 10 and 6 for twelfth. If two golfers have the same score, the one with more birdies is placed higher. If that is level too, the computer golfer goes ahead, so a win has to be earned. There is no restart in a Tour round.

The computer golfers play from a fixed seed, so the same event gives the same field every time. Reloading the page will not change the result.

Seasons and promotion

The points of all six events add up in the table. Finish in the top three after the sixth event and the next tour opens. If you finish lower, you play the same tour again in a new season. The World Tour has no next step: win it and you are World Tour Champion, and you can go round again for more titles.

Your playing partner

In every event you play with one of the computer golfers. He really plays his own holes, shot by shot, with a yellow ball, and you can watch each one. The golfer with the best score on the last hole plays first. If you would rather play on, you can speed his shots up or skip them. Every golfer has his own specialty, such as putting specialist, iron master, scrambler or closer, and they all look different.

Cups and badges

Your best place in every event is kept in the trophy room, with a cup drawn in pixel art. The Tour also has 20 badges to earn.

Questions and answers

Is the Tour free?

Yes. The whole Tour is free, with no account and nothing to download. Your progress is saved in your browser.

Do I play against other people in the Tour?

No. The other eleven golfers in every event are computer golfers with made-up names. Tour rounds do not go to the online leaderboards or to the season points.

How do I move up to the next tour?

Finish in the top three of the table after the sixth event. That opens the next tour. If you miss out, you play the same tour again in a new season.

What happens when I tie with a computer golfer?

The tie-break is the number of birdies. If that is level too, the computer golfer is placed ahead of you, so a win has to be earned.

Can I carry on on another device?

Yes. Save your profile with the recovery code in the game and your Tour career comes along.

How long is an event?

An event is one round: nine holes, or twelve in the World Tour. You can stop in the middle and carry on later.
